Sam Wiley

Sam Wiley is the Managing Director and Strategic Business Intelligence lead for the Specialty Services group at Ocean Tomo, a part of J.S. Held. With a career rooted in intellectual property, Sam has held key roles at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, CPA Global, and LOT Network, showcasing expertise across diverse industries and geographies. Currently serving on the Boards of the Licensing Executives Society (LES) USA & Canada and the LES Silicon Valley Chapter, Sam has been recognized in the IAM Strategy 300 and is actively involved with the Association for the Management and Valuation of Intangibles. Sam's educational background includes studies at the University of Arizona's James E. Rogers College of Law and Eller College of Management, as well as a degree from New Mexico State University.
