Brian Adams

Brian Adams has over 20 years of experience in geotechnical engineering. Brian is currently working as the Principal Geotechnical Engineer at OceanaGold Corporation since February 2022. Before that, they were the Director of Adams Geotechnical Limited from January 2017 to December 2022. Prior to that, Brian worked as a Senior Geotechnical Engineer at Golder Associates from April 2013 to July 2016. Brian also served as a Senior Geotechnical Engineer at Solid Energy New Zealand Ltd from August 2006 to March 2013 and as a Geotechnical Engineer at URS New Zealand Limited from January 2001 to August 2006.

Brian Adams completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Canterbury, from 1994 to 1997. Brian then pursued a PhD in Civil Engineering at the same university from 1994 to 2000.
