Joseph Zeitler

Joseph Zeitler is a seasoned geologist with extensive experience in the mining industry, currently serving as a Senior Geologist at OceanaGold Corporation since December 2022. Prior to this role, Joseph held the position of Senior Geologist at Hecla Nevada from April 2021 to December 2022. Joseph's career also includes significant contributions as an Underground Drilling Supervisor and Production Geologist at Hecla Greens Creek Mining Company from July 2012 to April 2021. Joseph earned a Master of Science in Geology and Geological Engineering from South Dakota Mines (2009-2012) and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Northern Iowa (2004-2009).
