Jessica Leck is an experienced environmental professional currently serving as the Ghostnets Australia Coordinator at OceanEarth Foundation since August 2023. Previously, Jessica worked as the Regional Landcare Coordinator at Mid Coast 2 Tops Landcare Connection from October 2019 to August 2023, where responsibilities included founding and leading a community network focused on environmental priorities. Additional experience includes lecturing at Charles Sturt University, working as an Ecologist at Niche Environment and Heritage, and supporting environmental initiatives with Ku-ring-gai Council. Jessica's background also encompasses event management and conservation project supervision. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Conservation Biology and a Graduate Certificate in Sustainability and Climate Policy from Macquarie University and Curtin University, respectively.

OceanEarth Foundation (formerly TierraMar) is an Australia based conservation charity working to build resilient communities and reverse nature loss by helping to unlock transformational change.
