Gene Doyle is a highly experienced maritime and naval professional with a robust background in submarine operations and project management. Currently serving as Program Manager for Submarine Rescue Operations and Maintenance at Oceaneering since September 2020, Gene previously held roles such as Project Manager at Oceaneering Maritime Services and Program Manager in the Marine Services Division. Notable positions include Director of Maintenance and Material Readiness for the Commander Submarine Force US Pacific Fleet and Commodore of Submarine Squadron Eleven, where Gene commanded a squadron of fast attack submarines and led radiological emergency response efforts. With extensive operational leadership experience, including as Commanding Officer of USS Alexandria and Branch Manager at the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gene has a strong educational foundation with degrees from the U.S. Naval War College, The Catholic University of America, and Montana State University-Bozeman.
