Jeff Rohloff

Jeff Rohloff is a senior HR leader with over 30 years of experience in the international oil and gas industry, covering diverse settings from corporate to field operations. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Manager for the Americas and APAC regions at Oceaneering, Jeff supports 5,000 employees across multiple business segments and focuses on enhancing employee engagement and HR capabilities. Previously, Jeff managed HR operations for major projects, including the Mozambique LNG Project at Anadarko Petroleum, transforming the HR delivery model to a global standard. With a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University, Jeff possesses a deep expertise in strategic HR functions, global mobility, and employee development.
