John A. Barber

John A. Barber is currently a Quality Manager at Oceaneering, having held this position since 2020. Previously, John served as the SRDRS Assistant Quality/Certification Manager and Rescue Systems Supervisor at Phoenix International Holdings, Inc. from 2012 to 2020. With a robust background in the U.S. Navy, John held various leadership roles including Master Chief and Squadron Engineering Department Master Chief from 1987 to 2012. John earned a B.S. in Applied Science and Technology with a focus on Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University between 1997 and 1998.
