Kelly Zhai Williams

Kelly Zhai Williams, CFA, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kelly is currently the Director of Strategic Planning at Oceaneering. Prior to this, they worked at Crown Castle as the Director and Strategic Business Advisor to the COO, where they led operational strategy and multi-year business transformation projects. Before joining Crown Castle, Kelly worked at Deloitte as a Manager in various client engagement roles, where they led profitability strategy, operating model design, and global growth strategy projects. Kelly also worked at Umbel as a Special Projects Co-Lead, focused on monetizing big data. Kelly's earlier experience includes roles as an MBA candidate at the Red McCombs School of Business, a Venture Fellow at Spindletop Capital, an Associate at McCutchen Group, and an Analyst at Wilshire Associates.

Kelly Zhai Williams received a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Michigan in 2006. In 2014, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Data Analytics from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
