Alex Williams

Alex Williams, CAPM, CSM has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Starting in 2011, Alex worked as a Business Development Representative at Infor, where they were responsible for locating and qualifying leads for the outside sales team. They then moved on to Wolters Kluwer Financial Services in 2012, where they served as an Account Executive, managing and developing an annual sales goal of $7,009,000 for financial institutions. In 2014, Alex worked as a Technical Recruiter at Kforce Inc for a brief period before joining Relativity as a Scrum Master, where they were involved in the development of e-discovery software. At Relativity, Alex also took on the role of a Software Project Manager, leading scrum processes for multiple development teams and implementing an automated project tracking process in Jira. After leaving Relativity in 2019, Alex joined George Jon as a Project Manager, overseeing project management tasks. Currently, Alex is working at PerkSpot as a Software Delivery Project Manager and recently transitioned to the role of Director of Project Management Office. Overall, Alex has demonstrated expertise in project management, software delivery, and scrum processes.

Alex Williams, CAPM, CSM holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of North Dakota, which was earned between 2006 and 2011. In addition, Alex has obtained several certifications, including being a Certified Associate of Project Management from the Project Management Institute in February 2017, a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance in 2015, and a Relativity Certified Administrator from Relativity in 2015.
