Marcello de Santis

Marcello De Santis is an experienced saturation diver and commercial diver with a diverse background in underwater operations and installations. Currently employed as a Saturation Diver at Oceaneering since February 2022, Marcello has worked on various notable projects for clients such as Chevron and BP, focusing on tasks like spool installation and thruster replacements. Additionally, Marcello serves as an Air Diving Supervisor at Underwater and has held multiple roles in esteemed companies including Ballard Marine Construction, MICOPERI SPA, and Phoenix International Holdings, Inc., among others. With extensive training from reputable institutions, including the ADCI Bell Saturation Diver certification and a degree from The Underwater Centre, Marcello brings a strong skill set in commercial diving, subsea engineering, and heavy lifting rigging construction.
