Alfred Goon

Alfred Goon currently serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Strategy, and Investor Relations at OceanFirst Bank since March 2020. Additionally, Alfred Goon has been a Board Member at Junior Achievement of New Jersey since August 2023, supporting the initiative to inspire and prepare young people for success. Prior to these roles, Alfred Goon held the position of Director in Deal Advisory & Strategy at KPMG from April 2016 to March 2020, where responsibilities included leading due diligence teams and advising clients on mergers and acquisitions across various industries. Earlier in the career at KPMG, from August 2011 to March 2016, Alfred Goon excelled as a Senior Associate in Audit within the NY Financial Services division. Education credentials include an MBA in Corporate Finance and Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business and a BBA in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland.
