Johnny Hernandez

Johnny Hernandez is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in digital banking, customer service, and operations management. Currently serving as Vice President and Digital Banking and Account Onboarding Manager at OceanFirst Bank since 2020, Johnny oversees retail online banking, enhances customer experience, and manages team performance through data analytics. Previous roles include Assistant Vice President at Investors Bank, where responsibilities included leading call center operations and optimizing client service; as well as establishing the first call center, and providing account management at GAF for Home Depot stores.
