Kristen de Martino

Kristen De Martino serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Preferred Behavioral Health Group since June 2025. Kristen has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently holding the position of Assistant Vice President - Senior Internal Auditor at OceanFirst Bank, a role assumed in January 2014, with a progression through the ranks from Internal Auditor to Senior Internal Auditor. Kristen completed a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Human Resources at Rider University from 2010 to 2013, following an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Ocean County College, earned between 2007 and 2010.
