Michele Estep

Michele Estep's work experience includes working at OceanFirst Bank as the EVP, Chief Administrative Officer since 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Sun National Bank from 2008 to 2018, where they held the role of EVP, Chief Administrative Officer. During their time at Sun National Bank, they implemented various initiatives, such as creating a culture of accountability and achievement, designing and implementing succession planning, and building a performance management process.
