William also served as Vice President and Information Technology Program Director at TD Bank, where they successfully managed the separation of Commerce Bank - Harrisburg from TD Bank systems. William has also worked as the Director of Information Technology Operations and Service Management at 21st Century Insurance / Farmers Insurance, where they improved service quality and customer service levels.
