Kate Barlow

Kate Barlow, APR, currently serves as the Head of Corporate Affairs at Oceania since August 2025. Prior to this role, Kate held various positions at Fletcher Building from May 2021 to September 2025, including Senior Group Corporate Affairs Manager and External Communications Manager, focusing on media relations and corporate affairs. Kate's experience at ASB Bank from July 2010 to January 2021 encompassed several leadership roles in corporate communications, where responsibilities included managing a team and developing communication channels for over 6000 employees. Additional experience includes consulting for The Pacific Cooperation Foundation, serving as Corporate Communications Manager at Islington Council, and working as a Communications Advisor at the Ministry for the Environment. Kate holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Communication Management from Massey University.
