Stephanie Spicer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Stephanie is currently the Head of Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility at Oceania since April 2022. Prior to this, they held various positions at Bupa, including Head of Sustainability & Corporate Affairs, Head of Corporate Affairs, and Head of Public Affairs from 2016 to 2022. Before joining Bupa, Stephanie worked at Bupa Global as the Head of Sustainability and Public Affairs, Senior Corporate Affairs Advisor, Head of Sustainability, and Consultant from 2011 to 2016. Stephanie also worked as a Researcher at ClientEarth in 2011 and as a Campaign Officer at Climate Week from 2010 to 2011. Stephanie's earlier experience includes working as a Legal Advisor at Portland Media Group in 2008, a sailing work holiday at CLS Holdings - Superyacht Sea Shuttle in 2008, and as a Solicitor at Buddle Findlay from 2004 to 2007.

Stephanie Spicer holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Environmental Change and Management from the University of Oxford, which they completed from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended The University of Auckland from 2000 to 2005 and obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Honours degree as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Their studies at The University of Auckland focused on Law, International Law, Geography, and Environmental Management. Stephanie also attended St Cuthbert's College from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bursary. In addition to their formal education, they received certification in Prince 2 Project Management-Foundation and Practitioner from Learning Tree International in 2012.
