Chelsey Close

Chelsey Close has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Chelsey began their career as a Legal Assistant at Midland County, where they worked from June 2011 to March 2015. Chelsey then joined FedEx Services as an Executive Administrative Assistant from July 2015 to May 2016. After that, Chelsey worked at Travelers as a Legal Assistant from May 2016 to November 2016, handling various legal documents and court filings. In 2016, they joined HCA Healthcare, first as a Legal Assistant in the Legal Operations team from December 2016 to March 2018, and then as an M&A Paralegal in the Legal/Development department from March 2018 to July 2019. Currently, Chelsey is employed at Oceans Healthcare as the Corporate Paralegal since August 2019, and they recently took on the additional responsibility of being the Corporate Director of Contracting & Paralegal Services from June 2022.

Chelsey Close holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from Northwood University. Chelsey also studied Political Science with a focus on Paralegal Studies at the University of Tennessee at Martin. In addition, Chelsey has obtained certifications as a Notary Public from the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, as well as from The Office of the Texas Secretary of State. Chelsey also holds a CPR certification obtained in September 2016.
