Elizabeth Sibley

Elizabeth Sibley, MSN-HCSM, RN, NEA-BC has a diverse work experience that spans multiple healthcare organizations and roles. Elizabeth began their career as the Chief Clinical Officer at Promise Hospitals in the Baton Rouge Area in 2009 and held the position until 2013. Elizabeth then worked as the Program Director at Accelecare Wound Centers, Inc. for a brief period before becoming the Director of Nursing at Sage Rehabilitation Hospital in 2013. At Sage Rehabilitation Hospital, Elizabeth provided nursing leadership and oversaw various departments. In 2015, they became a Statewide Nurse Consultant at DHH OPH Center for Community Preparedness before transitioning to a Senior Director Clinical Operations role at Louisiana Healthcare Connections in 2016. Most recently, Elizabeth has been serving as the Regional Vice President Clinical Operations at Oceans Healthcare since 2019.

Elizabeth Sibley, MSN-HCSM, RN, NEA-BC, obtained their Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on Health Care Systems Management from Loyola University New Orleans between 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, they completed a nursing diploma at Our Lady of the Lake College from 1986 to 1988 to become a Registered Nurse (RN).
