Kirstie Brooks, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare operations and management. Currently serving as Administrator and Chief Operations Officer at Oceanside Foot & Ankle Center, Kirstie has previously held positions such as Director of Center Operations at Concentra and Manager of Operational Excellence at Imaging Healthcare Specialists. Kirstie has a strong track record of implementing lean methodologies to improve operational efficiencies, managing multi-site radiology facilities, and founding a successful podiatry practice that doubled revenue and profits within its first year. Kirstie's career also includes military service as a Captain and Medical Readiness Director in the US Army, where operational objectives were consistently achieved. Kirstie's academic background includes an Executive MBA from UCLA and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from UC San Diego.
