Previously, Marko R. held the position of General Manager at a 218-room airport hotel, where responsibilities included day-to-day management, staff supervision, and accountability for various hotel services. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Holiday Inn South Beach Resort, Front Office Manager at Shellborne Beach Resort, and Front Desk Supervisor at both Marriott Dadeland Hotel and Seville Beach Resort Hotel. Marko R. holds a Professional Development Program certification in Hotel Operations Management from Cornell University.
