Jolie Napier-Vea

Jolie Napier-Vea serves as the Director of Classified Human Resources for Oceanside Unified School District since June 2018, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including Human Resources Analyst at Poway Unified School District from October 2004 to June 2018 and San Dieguito Union High School District from July 2001 to October 2004. Prior experience includes positions as Administrative Analyst-Risk Management and Administrative Aide in the City of San Marcos from December 1997 to June 2001. Jolie Napier-Vea holds a Master's degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Service Sector Management from CSUSM College of Business, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from California State University San Marcos.
