Jordy Sparks

Jordy Sparks, Ed.L.D., currently serves as the Executive Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Student Supports at Oceanside Unified School District, a position held since June 2017, following various roles in diversity, equity, and student services within the district. An alumnus of Harvard University Graduate School of Education with a Doctorate in Education Leadership, Jordy has extensive experience in educational leadership, having worked as a Principal in Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools and held positions in educational organizations such as New Leaders Org and KIPP Charlotte. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University and a Master's degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
