Rik Currier

Rik Currier is an experienced educator and pitching instructor, currently serving as a Physical Education Teacher at Oceanside Unified School District since August 2016. Currier has also been a Pitching Instructor at RC Pitching since October 2001, working with individuals aged 8 to adults. Previous roles include teaching Middle School History and Physical Education at Yorba Middle School and owning the Orange County Baseball Authority, a travel baseball and training organization. Currier has held coaching positions in various high schools and has professional baseball experience, having played as a minor league pitcher for teams including the Philadelphia Phillies and the New York Yankees. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University Irvine and a BS in Economics from the University of Southern California. Additionally, Currier holds a Single Subject Teaching Credential from National University.
