Rav Randhawa

Rav Randhawa has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Rav currently serves as the Vice President of Sales and Account Management at OceanX, LLC since February 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Product at the same company from January 2022 to April 2023. From January 2016 to December 2021, Randhawa worked as the Sr. Director of Client Success at OceanX, LLC.

Before joining OceanX, LLC, Randhawa worked at Guthy-Renker as a Sr. Program Manager from May 2012 to January 2016. In this role, they managed a variety of projects and programs related to technology, fulfillment, operations, and customer care. Rav was responsible for leading teams, managing budgets, and implementing systems and processes to improve efficiency and compliance.

Prior to their role at Guthy-Renker, Randhawa worked at Johnson & Johnson as a Global Project Manager from May 2011 to May 2012. During this time, they led the launch of artwork, labeling, and digital asset management platforms in various regions.

Randhawa's experience also includes working as a PMO Project Manager at Perpetual Limited from January 2010 to September 2010, a Project Manager at Oracle from December 2008 to December 2009, and a Project Manager at Hilton Hotels Corporation from September 2006 to August 2008.

Rav began their career at National Australia Bank as a Project Leader and Senior Application Programmer from April 2001 to June 2006. Additionally, Randhawa worked as a Technology Management Consultant at Oryx Technology from July 2000 to December 2000, and at PricewaterhouseCoopers from December 1998 to March 2000.

Rav Randhawa completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computing Science from the University of Technology Sydney, from 1997 to 2000. In addition to their degree, they obtained two additional certifications: Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in 2014, and Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in 2008.
