Michael Borch

Michael Borch serves as the Group Supply Chain & Operations Director at Ocee & Four Design since September 2025, overseeing group functions across the UK and Denmark, including Design & Product Development, Procurement, Logistics, and ESG & Compliance. Previously held the position of Director Global Supply Chain at Louis Poulsen, where responsibilities encompassed sourcing, product development, logistics, and quality management from November 2023 to September 2025. Michael also served as Head of Global Supply Chain and COO at Fredericia Furniture, leading various operational functions and sustainable practices from October 2020 to November 2023. Additional experience includes roles at KOMPAN A/S, Danfoss, and FMC Corporation, focusing on global sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management. Michael holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in International Management from the University of Southern Denmark, alongside other degrees and professional training in international management and procurement.
