Justin Peterson has significant experience in client success and customer relations, currently serving as the Director of Client Success at Ocelot since May 2021. Ocelot is a leading SaaS provider specializing in multilingual AI chatbots for higher education, supporting over 6.5 million students across more than 400 institutions. Prior to this role, Justin held various positions at WhatCounts from September 2016 to May 2021, including Customer Success Manager, where the focus was on enhancing email marketing strategies.
