Tudor Chelaru

Tudor Chelaru is an experienced professional in application development, currently serving as the Director of Application Development and previously as a Senior Web Developer at Ocenture since June 2011. With a strong background in web development dating back to March 2008 at Ocenture, LLC, Tudor contributed to customizing solutions for diverse clients. Earlier experience includes working as a PHP Programmer at Aqua Soft in Bucharest, where expertise in application repackaging was developed. Tudor holds a degree in Informatics from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași, obtained in 2007, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Grigore Moisil High School, completed in 2002.
