Rayhan Ermis has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Rayhan has served as the Head of Sales and Chairman of the Board at Ochno AB, where they focused on building strategic partnerships and transforming workspaces into sustainable digital environments. Rayhan has also worked as a Tender and Quotation Specialist at Hitachi Energy, leading global tender teams and delivering successful tenders in the Middle East. Additionally, they served as the CEO of The Steam Hotel and played a key role in its successful launch. Rayhan has also held positions at ABB, Micronic Mydata AB, Implement Consulting Group, Eltek Valere AS, and Ericsson AB, where they gained expertise in sales, project management, and business development.
