Ochre Education
Caroline Reed is the Co-CEO and co-founder of Ochre Education, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing online lessons and curriculum resources designed by teachers for teachers since January 2022. Prior to this role, Caroline served as the Director of the Early Childhood Initiative at the Centre for Policy Development from November 2021 to May 2022. Caroline's extensive experience in educational leadership includes serving as the Executive Director of HR and School Workforce at the NSW Department of Education from August 2019 to July 2021, and holding various executive roles at the Department of Premier and Cabinet (NSW) from 2013 to 2019, including Executive Director of NDIS Reform. Additional experience includes roles at the Department for Education, APCO Worldwide, and the European Parliament. Caroline's academic credentials include degrees from the University of Oxford and the University of Cambridge.
