MacIej Kaliński

Maciej Kaliński has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Maciej started their career as a Social Media Manager at Inteliclinic in 2014. In 2015, they served as an HR Intern at Nationale-Nederlanden Polska. Maciej then joined CEMS Club Warsaw as a Promotion Team Member from 2013 to 2017. In 2016, they began their journey with Ochrona Juwentus as a Management Trainee. Simultaneously, they volunteered at Forum Obywatelskiego Rozwoju until 2018. Maciej joined Philips in 2017 and worked as a Solutions & Partnerships Trainee before becoming a Consultancy Services & Solutions Business Analyst. Maciej worked on various consulting projects, including outpatient provider programs, hospital planning, market assessments, and international expansion. In 2020, they joined Comarch Healthcare as a Business Solutions Consultant. Maciej was responsible for providing solutions to clients. Their most recent position was at Bain & Company, where they served as an Associate Consultant and Senior Associate Consultant. Currently, Maciej is working at Ochrona Juwentus as the Vice President & Co-Owner of the Juwentus Group while also managing comprehensive security implementation as a Manager.

Maciej Kaliński earned a Master's Degree in E-Business from SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management from the same institution from 2012 to 2015. Before entering university, they completed their high school education and obtained a High School Diploma from the American School of Warsaw in 2012. In addition to their formal education, Maciej Kaliński has also acquired various certifications. These include a certificate of participation in the 23rd IPMA Poland Conference from IPMA Polska in November 2020, Solutions Delivery Masterclasses 2019 from Philips in 2019, a C2 level Business English language proficiency test from Deloitte in February 2018, and a Pivot Tables in Depth certification from LinkedIn in September 2017. Maciej also achieved a high score of 116/120 in the TOEFL language proficiency test, administered by The TOEFL test.
