Emily Socks

Emily Socks is a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator at Ochsner Health, specializing in cardiology research since October 2022. Prior to this role, Emily worked as a Research Assistant at the Allen Institute for AI (AI2), focusing on data collection for hypertension technology development. From February 2019 to February 2022, Emily held multiple titles at DelRicht Research, including Senior Recruitment Specialist, where responsibilities included facilitating patient participation in clinical trials. Earlier experience includes positions at Tulane University School of Medicine as a Recruitment Team Manager and Laboratory Technician in Pediatric Infectious Disease, as well as roles in retail management and personal shopping. Emily earned a degree in Multidisciplinary Science with a focus on Biology from The University of Texas at San Antonio and pursued Interdisciplinary Studies in Public Health at the University of New Orleans.
