Karly Bergquist

Karly Bergquist, PharmD, is a clinical pharmacist at Ochsner Health, with previous experience as a PGY2 ambulatory care clinical pharmacy resident at Kaiser Permanente. During the residency, Karly gained expertise through various six-week rotations, including primary care, behavioral health, and anticoagulation. Karly completed a PGY1 residency at the University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, where activities included transitions of care and ambulatory care. Additional experience includes roles as a pharmacy intern at TruCare MTM, Walgreens, and a pharmacy technician at Eagle Pharmacy. Karly holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Arizona.
