Shannon Bernard Bourg, MS, currently serves as the Associate Program Manager for Talent Management at Ochsner Health, where responsibilities include overseeing multiple fellowship programs, designing professional development training, and enhancing the skills of future healthcare leaders. Previously at Ochsner Health, Bourg held the role of Associate Program Manager for Health Outcomes & Inclusion, creating and managing the infrastructure for Employee Resource Groups. With extensive experience at Cox Media, Bourg progressed from Account Executive to Director, Media Sales Services, driving significant initiatives in program management and organizational restructuring.
