Ziying Zhao

Ziying Zhao is a dedicated and experienced pharmacist with a diverse background in various healthcare settings. Currently serving at North Alabama Medical Center since September 2023, Ziying previously held multiple roles at Ochsner Health from June 2021, including Clinical Pharmacist, Administrative Fellow, and PGY-1/2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Resident. Experience as a Pharmacy Intern at AIDS Healthcare Foundation and CVS Health involved collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient drug therapies and ensure medication compliance. Ziying's early career included responsibilities as a Certified Pharmacy Technician and a Cashier at SARKU JAPAN. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Louisiana Monroe, along with a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Louisiana State University.
