Jeremy Hill

Jeremy Hill, PT, DPT, MHA, currently serves as the Manager of Clinic Operations for Specialty Clinics at Ochsner Rush Health since August 2022, following a successful tenure at Kindred at Home where responsibilities included Physical Therapist and Orthopedics Program Coordinator. With extensive experience in providing orthopedic rehabilitative services across multiple locations in Mississippi and Alabama, Jeremy has demonstrated skills in coordinating interdisciplinary teams, enhancing patient care through strategic planning, and improving clinical outcomes. Previous positions include Physical Therapist and Home Care Coordinator at Sta-Home Health & Hospice and Director of Rehabilitation at Professional Therapy Services, Inc., where Jeremy spearheaded service line growth and developed clinical protocols. Jeremy holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Master of Healthcare Administration, along with a Master and Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy and Kinesiology, respectively.
