Tim Lautermilch

Tim Lautermilch is an experienced executive currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of OCI since January 2024, overseeing engineered products and services for various industries. Previously, Lautermilch held the position of President & CEO at East End Welding, LLC, where engineered products and systems were provided for multiple sectors including power generation. As President of Red Head Brass, Lautermilch led the company in manufacturing high-quality couplings and fittings for firefighting and the Oil & Gas sector. Earlier roles included President of Specialty Vehicle Group, CEO of Lean Systems Advisors, and Vice President/Senior Operating Officer at Accubuilt. Lautermilch began their career at Aerojet Rocketdyne as a Business Unit Manager. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wyoming.
