Marsh Sutherland has over 10 years of experience in the recruitment and technology industry. In 2008, they founded Walden Recruiting, a retained/contingency recruiter focused on technical and marketing talent for Boston software companies with $500K to $5 million in funding. In 2016, they co-founded RedRover: Talent Exchange, and in 2017, they co-founded Game Set Match, an online community of tennis players from all over the U.S. and Growstone, a breakthrough, high-performance growing mediums made from 100% recycled glass and 100% American made. In 2014, they co-founded CharityCheckin, a mobile app that helps brands generate organic reach on social media with user-posted content, driving loyalty & new customer acquisition at a lower cost than paid advertising. In 2015, they became the COO and Co-Founder of Social High, a mobile application enabling cannabis users to discreetly discover other nearby cannabis users and the strains they had in order to meetup and share cannabis usage together. In 2019, they became an Outbound Commercial Sales Representative at Infinite Energy, the #1 rated energy company in Florida and Georgia with 4.9 out of 5 stars on Google Ratings. In 2021, they were a Senior Technical Recruiter at Doble Engineering Company and Stop & Shop. Currently, Marsh Sutherland is a Senior Technical Recruiter at Ocient, a data analytics solutions company enabling rapid analysis and management of the world’s largest datasets.

Marsh Sutherland has an educational background that includes an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, a BA in Legal Studies with minors in Math and Philosophy from Pacific Lutheran University, and a JD in Banking Law and International Business Law from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Additionally, Sutherland has obtained certifications from Udemy, Innovation Studio, Hootsuite, HubSpot Academy, and Klaviyo, and is an inactive licensed attorney with the Washington State Bar Association.
