Jason Bartlett started their career as a CAD Drafter at Badger Construction Equipment in 1998. Jason then joined Winona Lighting - Acuity Brands in 2000 and held various roles, including Winscape Manager and Value Stream Manager for Winscape. Their responsibilities included overseeing day-to-day operations, concept and R&D, testing and production of new and revised products, and creating marketing materials. Jason also provided technical assistance to customer service and conducted presentations and training for sales. In 2012, Jason became a Spec Product Specialist Sr at Winona Lighting, where they continued to manage operations and work on product development. Finally, in 2015, they became the Director of Engineering at Original Cast Lighting Inc.
Jason Bartlett attended Winona State University from 1995 to 1998, where they studied composite engineering. Following that, from 1998 to 2000, they attended Minnesota State College Southeast, focusing on CAD/CADD Drafting and/or Design Technology/Technician.
