Jader Valdivia

Jader Valdivia is an experienced RPA Developer and Technical Support Analyst with a strong background in programming automated data processing tasks and improving operational efficiencies. Currently working at OCLINICALS, Jader Valdivia has developed automated processes for data handling and interdepartmental communication. Previous experience includes significant contributions at DentalRobot®, where RPA bots were implemented to save 2,250 hours annually, and a role at Concentrix, where diverse technical support issues were effectively addressed. Jader Valdivia holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería, earned in December 2019.
