Stephanie Pugh is a Consulting Manager at OCO Global since July 2023, contributing to international advisory efforts that support governments, investment promotion agencies, and private clients in trade, investment, and economic development projects. Prior to this role, Stephanie served as a Senior Policy Advisor in Innovation & Technology at the Department for Business and Trade from September 2020 to June 2023, and as a Policy Advisor for EU Exit at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy from September 2019 to September 2020. Experience also includes working as an Analyst in Strategic Consulting EMEA at Knight Frank, participating in the New Entrepreneurs Foundation Class of 2017, and completing a spring internship at Goldman Sachs. Stephanie holds an Executive Education Course in Public Policy Analysis from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a combined honours degree in Geography and Business with a focus on Economic Geography from Newcastle University, complemented by studies at the National University of Singapore.
