Kim David has a diverse range of work experience in the field of economic development and healthcare. Kim served as the Vice President of Economic Development at Oconee Fall Line Technical College, where they oversaw various departments and provided training services to businesses. Prior to that, they worked as a Washington County Archway Professional at Archway Partnership, University of Georgia. Kim also held positions at the State Medical Education Board and Georgia Board for Physician Workforce, where they managed programs, participated in budget hearings, and served as a public outreach liaison. Kim started their career as a Project Assistant and progressed to become the Public Outreach/Grants Coordinator, responsible for promoting board programs and managing scholarship and loan repayment programs.

Kim David completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Valdosta State University from 1998 to 2003. Later, from 2003 to 2004, Kim pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration from Georgia College & State University.
