Mark Niethammer

Mark Niethammer is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in government guaranteed lending and business development. Currently serving as an SBA Business Development Officer at Oconee State Bank and a Senior Consultant at Denovo International, Mark holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at NORTH GEORGIA WALK TO EMMAUS INC. Previously, Mark was the Director of Government Guaranteed Lending at CapStar Bank, where notable achievements included launching an SBA division and significantly improving the bank’s state ranking. Mark's earlier role as Regional Credit Manager at Synovus Financial Corporation involved overseeing SBA credit underwriting for a multi-state operation and managing a team of credit underwriters.
