Selena Baltimore Ruth

Selena Baltimore Ruth is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer at Oconee State Bank since September 2022, Selena has a history of progressive responsibility in human resources, having held positions such as SVP, Director of Talent Acquisition and Teammate Relations and SVP, Human Resources Manager at Atlantic Capital Bank, from May 2017 to August 2022. Previous roles include Sr. Human Resources Manager at Cox Media Group, Human Resources Manager at Waste Industries, and Risk Manager at Randstad North America, among others. Selena holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Troy University and a Bachelor's in ATS with a concentration in HR from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
