Rich Cape

Rich Cape has extensive experience in sales, management, and property operations. Currently serving as a Territory Manager at O'Connor Company since March 2017, Rich has also been the Owner/Operator of Cape Properties, providing residential rental properties in the Greater Omaha area since 1990. Previous roles include Sales Consultant positions at Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service, and New Baths R Us, as well as Sales and Service Manager at Burton Plumbing Heating. Prior to these positions, Rich worked as Materials Manager at Safety-Kleen and held various managerial roles at Telvent DTN, where responsibilities included distribution management, budgeting, and staff oversight. Rich was also a Partner/Co-Owner at C&C Advanced Technology Solutions, delivering custom home automation systems. Educational background includes training in field sales and sales management through Joe Crisara's Contractor Selling and studies at Metropolitan Community College and Glenwood High School.
