Raquel Carrillo

Raquel Carrillo has a strong background in construction management and project management. Raquel began their career in 1998 as a Project Manager at Commercial General Contractors. In 2008, they went on to establish their own company, Emergent Builders, Inc., where they served as the Owner. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at OCMI, Inc. (O'Connor Construction Management), where they have been since 2017. Prior to their current role, they were the Regional CM & PM Manager at OCMI from 2017 to 2022.

Raquel Carrillo attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. The dates of their education were not specified.
