Richard Turner

Richard Turner has extensive experience in project scheduling and management within the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Regional Scheduling Manager at OCMI, Inc. since January 2019, Richard has held various titles, including Scheduling Manager and Senior Scheduler. Previous roles include Scheduler II at Flatiron Corporation, Senior Scheduler at O'Connor Construction Management, Principal Project Controls Engineer at Parsons, and Project Scheduler at Blattner Energy, among others. Richard has specialized in managing timelines and analyzing schedules for significant projects, including the California High-Speed Rail and renewable energy installations. Richard holds an Associate's Degree in Architectural Technology from Los Angeles Harbor College.
