Kelly Brinkman

Kelly Brinkman is an experienced payroll and administrative professional with a diverse background in finance, education, and operations. As the Lead Payroll Specialist at Oconomowoc Area School District since December 2021, Kelly oversees accounting and payroll functions. Previous roles include Deputy Clerk/Treasurer for the Village of Johnson Creek and the Village of Belgium, where responsibilities encompassed managing village funds, budgets, payroll processing, and compliance reporting. Prior to public service, Kelly served as an OS&D Investigator at FedEx Freight, earning multiple national awards for performance excellence. Kelly’s career began as an English Teacher at WIZARD IDIOMAS in São Paulo, demonstrating strong teaching and communication skills. Education includes studies at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, University of Wisconsin-Sheboygan, and University of Wisconsin-Madison.
