Michael Sereno

Michael Sereno serves as the Superintendent for Oconomowoc Area School District since July 2022. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions within the School District of Elmbrook from June 2008 to July 2022, including Assistant Superintendent for Teaching and Learning, Director of Secondary Teaching and Learning, and Middle School Principal. Michael's earlier experience includes serving as Associate Principal at Brookfield Central High School (2003-2008) and as a Mathematics Teacher at Waukesha North High School (1996-2002). Michael earned a Doctor of Education Degree in Educational Leadership from Edgewood College (2014-2017), a Master's Degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (1999-2002), and a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh (1990-1995).
