Yvonne Ang

Yvonne Ang has extensive work experience in the field of corporate secretarial services. Yvonne started their career at Boardroom Limited in 2005 as a Corporate Secretarial Senior. Yvonne then joined Rajah & Tann as a Corporate Secretarial Assistant in 2006 and progressed to the role of Corporate Secretarial Executive and eventually Senior Corporate Secretarial Executive. In 2014, Yvonne joined TMF Singapore as an Assistant Manager of Corporate Secretarial and later became the Manager of Corporate Secretarial from 2016 to 2018. Yvonne then moved to TMF Group in 2019 as a Senior Manager of Corporate Secretarial, where they stayed until 2022. Currently, Yvonne is the Associate Director of Corporate Services at Ocorian, a position they have held since 2023.

Yvonne Ang has a Professional Certificate in Corporate Secretarial from the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS). In addition, they hold a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of London.
